My journey has encompassed experiences such as teenage motherhood, military deployment, leading community initiatives, earning my terminal degree, and promoting small business development. These diverse experiences have enriched my understanding and deepened my commitment to both personal and professional growth, inspiring me to empower others on their journeys. This growth led me to explore the academic aspects of preparing teams and communities for service. Combining real-life experience with academic knowledge forms the foundation for my approach to planning, and I relish the opportunity to discuss this with teams.

I've traveled an exciting path from being a sergeant in the military to becoming a dedicated small business and community developer. With over 20 years of experience in small businesses, government, military, community, and logistics, I have honed my skills in driving initiatives that bring people together toward a common goal.

Throughout my career, I've been an active community and business driver, thriving on figuring out how to execute complex projects while ensuring each team member shines in their respective roles. My diverse background has equipped me with a unique perspective on leadership, enabling me to bridge the gap between strategic vision and practical implementation.
 

My leadership philosophy centers on "prepared service," emphasizing continuous development to build the psychological capital needed to tackle challenges head-on. My extensive expertise in personal development and industry processes positions make me a trusted advisor and influencer.

 

I believe in the power of collaboration and stand ready to build teams comprised of individuals eager to serve and make an impact.
